1 more visit of 6 month diet!

It has been a long and tiring time trying to follow the 6 month insurance company rule of dieting. I have actually gained weight, no duh though since it was through the holidays. January 19th should be my last visit with my PCP and dietician. I am trying to do protein shakes during the day right now but it sure is hard. I am pretty much just done with all this and ready to to have VSG ASAP. I have to get some weight off. Hopefully I can.
I go Friday for my Pulmonologist clearance. Hope that goes well. I have had some breathing issues, even ended up at the ER. Had to use an inhaler for a couple of months.
Have an appointment with surgeon in two weeks. We will see. I am getting sooo excited and panicked!
