Self prescribed Atkins diet 1 week pre op

Decided to begin this mainly for my husband. He needs to lose weight too. He said if I would fix the food, tell him what to eat and when he would lose weight with me. I think I have eaten everything I can think of that I wanted to pre op so I will begin this with him.
Made ranch burgers tonight. I'm excited for both of us. 7 days, will be here soon!!
