How many times did I fall asleep during THAT dietary seminar?!?

Mar 07, 2012

Wow, that was 2.5 hours I can Never Ever Ever get back. But the end result is being switched so suffer I shall.  I was surprised that there was absolutley no mention of the DS during the seminar, no information was given about dietary or supplement requirements. It definatly put into perspective what the wise DS vets have told me, "your on your own!" Good thing I landed here at OH with the DS VETS
And after the seminar my day progressivly got worse. Came home and the puppy poo'd in his crate, only I was crunched for time because my son had a Dr's appt. So I through the dog in the sink and tried to clean him as much as I could. I didn't want to leave him in his crate so he had to come with us. He's only 4 mo. So I don't like to leave him too long. Meanwhile the bus driver dropped my son off at the wrong spot, so I had to figure that out. So needless to say we where late to his appt., but we got there and damn-it that's an accomplishment all by itself. So now my babies are both freshly washed and sleeping and that my friends is what PEACE sounds like.
There is something so peaceful about your baby being asleep. I guess I shouldn't say baby, he IS 8 , as he likes to remind me. It's a different type of quiet. When your kids are gone or at school and the house is empty it's a lonely quiet. When he's here and sleeping, dreaming sweet dreams (probably about Pokemon or Lego's) it's a fulfilled peaceful feeling. I can't stand that he is growing up :(
Having this surgery makes me think of all of the things we will do together when I can  FIT!!!!
