Need Food Ideas

I am really struggling with ideas for food. I recently transitioned to eating regular foods. I am very conscious of trying to eat high protein and low carb foods. However, I am beginning to get tired of eggs, cottage cheese, low fat cheese sticks, baked chicken thighs, thin sliced deli meat and shrimp cocktail. I eat very little fruits or veggies since they tend to have many carbs. Can anyone give me some other suggestions for high protein and low carb foods that taste good?Also, I understand I should be eating between 60-80 grams of protein a day. What is the guideline for carbs. Somewhere I read you should keep the carbs to around 20 grams per day. Is that a good guideline? Because of my focus on high proteins and low carbs, I am only eating about 500 calories a day. Is that about right?
I am not losing weight recently and that is frustrating since I am eating well and find it hard to eat more. I just am not hungry.....Praise the Lord!!!!! I am working out at Curves also. Maybe I am losing inches, but I sure would like to continue losing weight. I have lost about 1.5 pounds in the last 2 weeks.
