I went for my pre-op testing today and l had to be there by 7 which was sooooo hard because my 4 yr old was up til after 3am ! I was back home before 10, they did blood work, xrays, ekg and an upper G I. That barium drink was awful ! no need to sugar coat it, it was awful and lm so glad its over.My hubby is still tripping, he is so afraid something is going to go horribly wrong, and l can understand that, we have been together nearly 30 years, married 25 years this September. He is truly the love of my life, we have 3 beautiful boys 23, 21, and 4 and a 1 year old granddaughter, she is Papa's lil girl but she looks like her Nana (me) lol lol My family is the reason l am taking this risk, l want to be the wife, mother and grand-mother l am suppose to be.
I am at peace with my decision now, l was back and forth with my decision for awhile but my mind is completely made up. The Dr. that did my Upper G I said that everything looked good. I missed the Toledo Hospital support group meeting today because my husband was working and my 4 year old had surgery on last thursday and he has been in a lot of pain and I didnt want to leave him with anyone.
I will be getting my hair braided within the next couple of weeks, anybody no which weave is good for micro braids?
