And feeling great... I actually had to go get a few things to wear because all my work clothes were too big.. haha.
Ive been trying to wear my stuff as long as i could but it's getting to the point where that stuff is falling off. I went out and bought a couple of skorts. in size 18 - and they fit well.... i was in a size 24 a measly month and half ago.. it blows my mind.
Food wise.. I have good days and bad days. I dont get hungry, or if i do its rarely..and im sure im just thirsty. I have days where i get most of my protein in and i have days where my intake is lower than my activity... so, im working at it to get a good balance. Where water is concerned... I do have trouble getting in 6-8 glasses a day. I am hoping now that I am back at work that I will get more in.. since i sit (am teathered) at a desk for a min of 9 hours - I was told that my decaf tea would count as i dont add any sweetener or milk. I do get a few dizzy spills some days - which is a good indication to me that i have not gotten in enough fluids. I'ts a work in progress.
I was up 2 pounds the day my period came back - and it came back with a vengence, so, im feeling a little lethargic these days, I really need to watch my intake for food and drink. and I REALLY need to take my vitamins. I was so deligent before surgery - but with the month off after i've slacked off. So, that is a very important part and I will get back into the habit of taking them everyday again.
all a work in progress.. but I am just thrilled.
