 wow I didnt know how hard yesterday was going to be for me. I am 21 days postop and still on full liquid diet. when we went to our relatives house for dinner I told myself I would be ok BUT when everyone sat down to eat I started crying and had to go outside while they ate. Is this normal or am I being stupid. I was ok after everyone was done but wow that was hard. I am mad at myself for getting upset because I know I am doing something to better my health but at the same time I am sick ofbeing able to only drink my meals. I miss chewing lol.
