3 weeks post OP

I am now three weeks out.  On track to lose 30 pounds by the end of July.  I had lost 15 before surgery so that will be 45.  We are leaving arizona for points north so I am looking forward to getting in more walking.  100 degrees at 8 am is not very good for walking.
