Stess Ate My Weightloss

My stress started just after Thanksgiving.  My mother in law who is profoundly ill made the decision to leave my father in law.  Since then my husband and I have been stuck helping her move and now have spent days with her in the ER and now as an inpatient in the hospital.

To add insult to injury I had to have a discussion with my husbands grandmother because other family members feel he should behave as if her were her husband.

As a result of all this stress I have not lost a single pound in over three weeks.  OMG!  What in the world am I going to do?
