When I was heavier I always had the air conditioner cranked.  I have lost 35 lbs so far and I am loving it!  The only draw back is that I am freezing to death.  I am looking for sweaters to wear at work which is crazy because here in Florida it's 80 degrees.  I read somewhere that it takes two years for the body to readjust it's internal thermastat.
