I am still hanging on to that one pound. It's driving me crazy. Hopefully, it will come off soon. I would have thought that with all the walking during Bike Week that I would have lost at least three pounds. Oh well, I just have to remind myself that I can't give up. I want to thank everyone in the OH family. I enjoy reading everyone's blogs. Everyone's weight loss is joy encouraging and I love how everyone helps everyone else
