7 years out from DS

Just a report of a good life post DS. Went down to low 130s and have settled long-term into high 130s with fluctuation of just a few pounds up and down. Healthy, active, all labs good. Hiked the Great Wall of China for a couple of hours last month! (One more thing off the "bucket list", which is very doable now.)
