So I just got my arrival time of 7am for tomorrow morning. I am very nervous! Although everyone at the pre surgical testing place raved about my Dr's work. Always scary have a big surgery, and I worry about my babies and my hubby. So I had to be on a clear liquid diet today so its only water with crystal light and chicken broth today. My paperwork does say I am allowed to have italian ices so I asked the hubs if on his way home he can pick me up a Ralphs famous, lol. I was sent home with these funky operating room cleansing sponges. I have to shower tonight with 2 of them, put on clean jammys and sleep on clean sheets, and then tomorrow morning shower with 2 of them again and put on clean clothes. I have had a few surgeries at this hospital and have never had to do this before but it is for my benefit. I asked the Dr if I can take anything to help me sleep and I was given the big NO stamp. Well next time you hear from me I will be on the other side. Good luck to everyone having surgery tomorrow and the rest of the week.
