I can really appreciate the OH Health Tracker on some days. This tool is great.

A while back I figured out that I can change the bar graph to an actual listing of dates and weights for the last year. It was good to see them listed in that perspective because I chart about once a week or every two weeks. I could clearly see that every 30 days or so I'm losing on average 4 lbs. This is spot on for how fast my MD wants me to lose. 1 lb a week and he says my skin should bounce back.

I just wanted to share that even though I feel like I'm a slow loser, I'm still losing and it's steady. The weight is coming off which is the ultimate goal. I'm getting healthy one neighborhood walk at a time YEH!!!

BTW- Yesterdays "walk" was to run errands and I measured it out on mapmyrun. 4.07 miles- oh yeah!
