Crazy year

Well life has been a roller coaster ride this past year. It  has been One year since having my cancer removed but it has been the worst year of my life. I'm cancer free and I am grateful for that. I've had a total of five surgeries since last March and it has  just been pure hell. I'm four weeks post op from my last surgery. I'm hoping to get myself into the gym in  a few more weeks. I really want to build up my strength. I don't care if I don't lose any more weight. I just want to feel good and be healthy. I will be four years post op from WLS next month  It's funny but it seems like I've been given a second chance with my pouch. I say that because since I've had all these surgeries this past year my pouch seems to have shrunk. My portions are like it was in the beginning. I can't eat to much which is good. I look at it as a blessing. I don't want to ever gain my weight back. Well hopefully things will start getting better for me God willing
