3 Days Post-op and freaking out

Hello fellow bariatric patients! This is my third day VSG post-op and I have been released from the hospital. I went into the surgery with some pressure and I would say about 97% informed. I am now freaking out because I know there is no reversal and this is actually a life-changing event. What I'm mostly worried about is that there might be complications. Throughout the first days of recovery I felt so horrible I was beginning to regret ever going through with it. Could someone on here share a positive outcome? I did this to feel better about myself and to finally change my perspective on life, as well as my participation in it. I want to be able to truly enjoy it without feeling so tired all the time. Any stories or advice? Thank you!
