UPDATE I went and saw Cyn last night (April 29) and she is doing well. She had some problems with the pain pump. It was broken and not giving her the pain medicine. She got that fixed and the JP broke and WHAT A MESS!!! She is up and walking and taking in fluids. Today April 30th I just talked to her on the phone and she is going home today!!!!!Way to go Cyn!!! And lost 9 lbs!!!!! NOw she is on the losing side with the rest of us. God Bless you Cyn!! Love you.....

INCOMMING ANGEL REPORT!!!!!!!!! Today Cyn had her surgery and she did beautifully!!!!! Dr Thompson said everything went off without a hitch and she will be doing great. She will most likely spend the night in ICU then be on the DOU some time tommorrow. I met all her family and they are such a wonderful support team for her and really nice people too. The surgery lasted about 2.5 hours. Now she is on the losing side with the rest of us!!!! yayyyyyy! I will update again as soon as I hear any more. Well sister of mine from a different mom I just put in a comment and it didnt take. So here I am again doing it all over again LOL. I wanted to say God bless you on your journey to the losing side and that I will be there tommorrow for you early! Cyn will be at Whittier Hospital Medical Center on Colima in Whittier California. Congratulations on your surgery date! I have some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another...observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. --- Congratulations on your surgery date and may God keep you close to his side as you travel your new journey. You will have ups and downs. You can always turn to us, your AMOS family, we will give support, comfort and encouragement. You will find this will be the best thing you could ever have done for yourself as well as your family. I know that was true for me. Keep us posted when you reach the "other" side. I pray for a speedy and easy recovery for you. Don’t forget to update your profile at least monthly. We all like to see how we are doing!!! Make sure you take pictures. It’s great to see the new you emerge!!! Not to mention the look on YOUR face when you look at those pictures and compare them in a few months! It’ll be a BIG WOW!!! Good luck and God Bless!!! Hi Cynthia Elizabeth! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow!
