Hello AMOS Family I went to see Karen yesterday. She has made it through surgery! Karen had a few complecations. Since Karen was a revison from a VBG to an RNY, they did have to resect the rest of her stomach, and remove her spleen, and gallbladder. Karen's epidural is working nicely and is having very little post-op pain! WooHoo! This has been a very long journey for her as she had to travel 900 miles to get to Portland, OR to have this surgery. She will be in the hospital about a week. But everything is looking up! Thank You evee who sent thier wonderful wishes for her! Keep them coming! It is so gratefully appreciated! Thank You!
