Hi Gigi! Well your surgery should be behind you now and you've crossed over to the losing side! YEAH! I'm sure everything went well and you will be up and around in no time! We're all here for you - don't forget that. Your in my prayers for a speedy and successful recovery!

Gigi-Lisa tells us all this is YOUR day!!! Good things happen to people who are not afraid to take a chance. After all, taking a chance on life, on others and on yourself is what living is all about. I’m sure you have heard the old maxim that says there is nothing to fear but fear itself. That is so true. Once you finally realize that fear is nothing more than a feeling and that you can keep that feeling under control, your days of letting fear run you life are over!! The best to you! Cheryl

Best of luck Wednesday GiGi, I am 1 week post op and DR Aranow was my surgeon. I am doing great.. even doing some light housework (I dont want to get carried away or anything:)- He left a minimal scar and the care at Middlesex Hospital was vey good.. My pain was controlled well and they know how to care for the gastric bypass patient.. Congrats on your new life ! Elaine

I wanted to wish you well with your upcoming surgery. I hope that all goes well and that you are up and out and about real soon. I'll bet you are are doing a happy dance accompanied by a bundle of unwanted "NERVES", but don't worry be HAPPY! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Good Luck!
