Dolly I tell ya, I know how you feel. for me it wasn't so much of having cravings for sweets etc. I for awhile lost site. I felt like I had got off track and not doing the right things with getting right foods in or water plus exercise. and it did worry me. What I did was just stopped in my tracks and started rereading about wls. like it was all new to me. I just refocused and began thinking in a positive way again. Sorry I didn't have much to say to you to help you. **Hugs**

Dolly I am sorry to hear about your struggles with food. I am only 6mo out but the advice I would give is to start back wit the basics and move forward. a couple days liquid diet then on to soft diet then on to regular diet stay focused on the protien and what is going into your mouth. You can do it you have come a long way already, and have what it takes to get back on track keep a positive attitude and go for the gold. I am praying that you find the inner strenght needed to get back on track. hugs and God Bless Maureen

Dolly - I can't give you any advice as I am only 11 weeks post op today, but I would love to be an encouragement to you if possible. You have done so well, just try to remember where you came from when those bad cravings start. Be tough and win the battle to not go back to where you came from. :-)

DOLLY~~ I've heard that drinking more water can help get you off a plateau. The plateau is a natural part of the weight-loss game. Yet, it is not the end of the road. In fact, fighting against the plateau is the beginning of an active pursuit toward a better, healthier, lighter way of living.
