Chris, I know this is a big day for you, one full of great expectations...and also great fears. This day will change your life forever and I am eager to watch how things change for you. I've been through it myself, and have seen many others go through it, and each time, it fills me with a warm happy feeling. I can't wait until you are recovered and feel it too. These first few days will be hard, but just remember, that they are the worse. Keep your eyes on that 3 month mark. By then, all should be ok, you should be used to your new eating patterns and will feel much better!!
