I spoke to Jennifer's mother on the phone just after the surgery. She was in surgery about 4 hours. Her gall bladder gave the doctor fits. Seemed it was almost gangrine and could have erupted anyday. He of course, removed it. She was doing well and was awaiting a bed in recovery. No intensive care needed as was lap. Tried to talk to Jennifer several times but she was not talking on the phone either time. Probably tired, or not up to talking. Called back Saturday, was told she had gone home. Her new life is just beginning! Good luck Jen.
