John, I hope all is well and right with you, smooth sailing from here on. Remember to do your incentive spirometry (that deep breathing thing they make you do every couple of hours), you'll do much better if you do, promise! Best of luck to you! Charlene

Hi there, John. I'm a 34 year old guy who weighed in at 406 two weeks ago on the day of my surgery and as of yesterday I am down to 370. Little pain, not too much discomfort. Keep your focus and don't have a moments hesitation regarding this surgery. I had some doubts and was pretty nervous but now that I'm on the other side all I can say is it's the best decision I've ever made. You're going to do great. Best of luck! ~Rob Holley~
