I am sorry to hear about the loss of your nephews. ~~ Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy...... Connie, Don't get discouraged. I have not had the surgery yet. I am waiting on ins. approval. But I have had 4 people in my family have it done already. Someone told me in order to get the weight moving again, you need to increase your protien and started walking more. That has worked for my sister. I will keep you in my prayer that God will ease your mind that you did do the right thing.
