I am happy to hear your surgery went well and that your first week wasnt to bad either. The best part is getting that darn drain removed. From now on if u follow the food guides closely u will do great. Just remember to stay away from artifical sugar and sugar as long as u can. The longer u stay away from it the better u will do. Congrats on your new journey
