Brenda, I am truly sorry to hear about the blood clot in your friend Jims' chest. I will definitely keep him in my prayers for a speedy recovery. I had a pulmonary embolism about 10 years ago and I know how bad the pain is and the difficulty with the breathing. I am also glad to see that he is already breathing better and is back to his self again. Brenda I will also keep you in my prayers for the strength to stand by your friends side. Its friends like you that make going through things that much easier. Best wishes to you and Jim.

Hi Brenda! Congrats on your success! I'm so impressed! Glad to hear you have broken that dreaded plateau too...I've heard great things about Curves, one just opened up near my house. I'll be checking that out, since I only have 32 days until surgery! Woo-hoo! Hey, we need a new picture here! :-)
