NEVER SURRENDER
Hi Bren,
I too have a history of emotional eating and yes sneak eating. I think most obese people do too. I have been in Overaters Anonymous for 14 years. I kept the weight off in my 20's but not in my 30's and 2 kids later is is very hard. I get all the emotional (and spiritual) support from this FREE program of other people who have an eating disorder, I don't miss the food because I have other things to fill my life. I am pre-op waiting to finish my tests. I can not go through the surgery without a support group. I'm sure they have them in Cananda. THey are all over the world. If you need more info my email is [email protected]
