Starting over.

September 4, 2007 at 304lbs I had lapband surgery. I did very well losing and by the 1st year I was 215lbs. By my 2nd year 198. At one point I got to 190. Then weight crept back on and I realized my band was too tight and I had been eating junk food that would go through my band. I could no longer eat lean protein or veggies. I went to my surgeon for a checkup and had an xray showing my band was good, no slip, no stretched pouch, but not much could get through so while trying to take out the fill it was found my port was flipped and I had a small surgery to correct my port. All liquid was removed due to swelling from surgery. I gained weight. Liquid was placed back in slowly until I had restriction and I started to lose weight again. A year went by its 2015 and once again my band is too tight. I go in and my surgeon orders another xray. No slipped band, no stretched pouch. Everything appears fine, just too tight. He completely took out all my saline for one month. I gained weight. I tried not too and had forgotten how voracious the hunger can be. He began refilling, but after only 2 small fills I had horrible GERD. He suggested a liquid diet that they do in his clinic I lost weight, but could not keep it off once food was reintroduced. His APRN suggested Bypass and I told her I would think about it. I thought about it for two months and now Im here looking into a revision.
