Well as I said I changed the way I'm eating two weeks ago, and as of today I've lost 7 lbs! I'm getting better with it too. No more slip ups and not craving anything including my coffee. So i'm back down to 201.8. Not bad huh? Now if I can just get below 200 I won't have to worry about another stall until I hit 180 then again at 160 then it's easy sailing. Over all I would say I'm doing pretty well. I just have to get my exercise down and figure out my limits. I have paid dearly several times for over stepping my limits hopefully I can figure it out soon.
