Good luck to you today! I had my VSG with Dr. Roller in June and I just love him. It was the best decision I've ever made. The first couple of weeks are a big adjustment. Walk as frequently as you are able to and judt concentrate on your fluids at first. Don't worry too much about the protein until you can get the fluids down. Try to come to support group in Dec. if you can. I'd love to meet you! Tammy

Good luck on your upcoming surgery. Dr. Roller is the best. If you have any questions or anything, just ask. They are a great bunch on the AR board. i'm excited for you. It will change your life.
