Hi Kasey, I just read your profile and I am so impressed with your weight loss. Congratulations and thanks for sharing your journey with us on this website. I loved reading about your vacations and trips. Hello kasey, in response to what you said on the message board, You indeed is a very lucky person to be surrounded by supportive people. I was fired from my job because I went and had the surgery. But the best thing about it is that I'm not bitter about it at all. In fact, I'm doing well. No complications and the weight is coming off, slowly but it's going and I am very satisfied by that. And besides, that job wasn't paying me that much anyway. So I feel that I had no loss. Hope to here from you soon, and whatever you do, keep persuing your dreams because dreams really do come true!

Hi Kasey, Just wanted to say hang in there. Things will happen for you, sometimes there are detours in this journey. Kasey, my doctor tried every pill and "SHRINK" available, We finally found Wellbutrin SR 150 mg It helps with deprssion and als with urges (eatind, smoking nail biting ect.) I was able to stop drinking soda and eating uncontrolably after 1 week. I did'nt even notice my husband had to point it out to me. The day before I just said no more soda, (and havent had one in 2 months) I drank a 12 pack (didn't even realise it) I ate all waking hours and now I eat only at meal time and eat about half of what I ate before. My 4 year old pointed out about 2 weeks after starting the meds that i dont cry and yell all the time. (if that doesn't break your heart!) I had it in my head it wont work nothing else did and all my loved ones had to point it out to me that it was working. I am also able to get up in the morning and don't have to nap in the afternoons.
