Well I have fallen on my Angel duties! but I do care very much for my girl ladina who by the way has lost a woppin 55 pounds in her first month ... She is walking and swimming and working hard... Kudos to my skinny girl....ang

I spoke with Ladina this afternoon she is doing very well. She started on some pudding today and tolorated that well, she plans to try some hot cereal for breakfast tomorrow. She should be discharged tomorrow evening and back in the chat in a few days!

I spoke with Ladina this evening and she is feeling very well. She got her NG tube out as well as her foley. she did her gastric swallow today which went well tomorrow she well get her IV out. She was up and walked 4 times today with the help of friends and family apperently the nursing staff is still too busy. Anywho she is in minimal pain and expects to be released on monday.

10-19 I spoke with ladina this morning she is feeling a little better althoughshe is still in a bit of pain. She got out of bed and walked in the hall with the assistance of best friend Chandra.Some of you may know she had a hernia repair and her galbladder removed so she has a few more things to recover from. She is going for her gastric swallow tomorrow. She says that she is getting releif from her pain meds but the nursing staff has not been the best. Tony and Chandra are there to do help where the nursing staff falls down on the job.

Ladina had her surgury today (10-18) In Spokan. I spoke with her husband Tony this afternoon and I also spoke breifly with ladina. She is doing well although in alot of pain. She had an open procedure with a couple other things done, but seems in good spirits. Tony told me that she has a nasal gastric tube in and is causing her discomfort. That should come out soon. will post tomorrow.
