Crystal, thanks for that recipe with meat tenderizer! My doc did recommend that as well - but without the lemon juice - I'll keep that in mind! I actually turned around and did the very same thing on Sunday - just two days later! Sheesh! I didn't want to post that because I didn't want to get "hate mail" saying I was an idiot! :) I am glad to know I am not the only one out here that has done this....and have done it more than once! Again, many thanks!
