Delay and more Delay

hi my fellow friends before i start my rant i just wanna say this is a learning experiance..i was called yetaerday at 4pm to be informed that the heart has not sign the clearence papers i went to see him on the 13 okay more delays then i was informed that they would have there team review my paper work befoe it even being summite to my insurance company ..Now am getting discouraged it seems like maybe my christmas wish will not come thru and i will be stuck being this huge whale that i am i am at a piont were i just wanna forget it all  i feel like everytime am getting ahead i get pushed back ugh..any body in south carolina that has ggone thru this please help me
