Kim congrats on your surgery tomorrow. I know this time is both exciting and nerve racking. I am 13 weeks out and down 60 pounds, so keep your eye on the prize. Good luck tomorrow and welcome to the losers bench.

Friday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute.
