Regain Loss Plan, week 13

Stats: Weight 292.5 (yep, I've had a gain) for a total loss of 30.7
Chest: 41 inches, for a total loss of 5.5 inches
Waist: 41.5 inches, for a total loss of 11.5 inches
Hips: 54 inches, for a total loss of 6 inches.
Well, I had a gain, and it was not expected. I still weighed 289 on Friday, but the scale this morning said otherwise, and i got on it again multiple times. But......still, inches lost. I know this week is also a menstrual week(sorry guys) but that would have shown throughout the week, but still, this came out of the blue. However, the clothes are fitting better, and I've been a good girl all week within my calorie range. But again, things have a way of balancing out, and i still lost inches. Especially an inch lost in the hips is a big deal because that seems like it's the last and hardest place i'm losing. To try and swear off buying new clothing, other than bras, i've been putting everything in the dryer. I've not had any issues yet.
The reason I know what I weighed on Friday was due to it being our last Big Loser challenge day at work, and I got down to 289 even, so I know that between Friday and today, my body was just probably hanging on to everything. That's fine as long as I don't go up in clothing sizes. Well, we shall see what this week has in store. Don't ever give up, even if you have a gain like me.....remember, I still lost inches and that means something good is happening, and it's happening in the right way. This is why it's important to measure as well as hop on the scale. Had my clothes started feeling tighter, or looking uck,,or my measurements going up,,,,that would tell me I need to change course, but I don't so all is good. If I wasn't measuring, I would probabably be needing some consolation right now and not know what I did wrong. Measure!!!!! Good luck everyone!!!
