Well, this has been an interesting week.  First, work was doing a 3 month Biggest Loser challenge, and we went by body percent, just like the show,,,and I won.  The prize was $75.00.  I didn't think i was going to win, because there were some tough contenders, but I pulled through.  Second, I turned 45 Friday.  Not sure how I feel about that.  I definitely don't relate to people in their 20's, but I don't feel like (or so I've been told, look like it either), that I'm in my 40's.  Maybe it's a midlife crisis, but I'm just gonna leave it alone, and keep doing what I do.  This week I came down with a stupid upper respiratory infection too, and coughin up a lung.  So, needless to say, no working out so i can let this thing run it's course.  However, other than Friday and after, I did keep up with my diet, and since friday have been celebrating :-)   Well, no back on track now.  I am looking for some good recipes and single serving recipes if anyone has them.  I am trying to up my protien intake.  Luckily the stores have had eggs on sale this week, so i've been really good about those, and I've been making my lite version of a taco salad.  But, I need to mix it up.  I appreciate all tips, suggestions and such.  I am so happy with the support from everyone.  I am finally settling down in my home, and now have time to get this body in motion.   Good luck on your journey everyone.   I'm also on fitbit and MyFitnessPal too.  If it's not under Stacey1273, then it's under Stacey Elliott.
