has anyone used dr. freeman for plastic surgery and does cigna cover it?

hi i am 10 months post op and am ready to have my stomach and legs done to remove hanging skin. i would like to know anyone who has used dr. bruce freeman of morgantown wv and if anyone has had this done and cigna pay for it. also any letter or statement that would help me get approval would help too. thank you and God bless us all. vicky
