does medicare or keystone mercy cover tt, or thigh lifts,lipo of thighs?

i have lost 80 pounds since my wls in 2/05 and the skin on my thighs is horrible,sagging,and my tummy,yuck! anyway, went to 2 p.s.'s, told me my thighs were too big for lipo,and needed a thigh lift.has this happened to anyone else, has anyone else had a thigh lift, were the scars and pain horrible? good results?and will either of my insurances cover this? anyone know any docs in pa. phila. or suburbs that take my ins. for both procedures, should i be starting the process with my dr. saying rashes,etc. yet, i still have 25 pds. left to lose before surgeries too.i also might be losing my ins. soon, and buying my own, so who covers these easily, so i know who i might wanna go with? any and all help greatly appreciated...thanx p.s- do they ever cover breast augmentation either, theyre sagging too....lol...
