Need Advice about Insurers in Indiana

We live in Indiana and we have insurance through my husband's company. His company is very small (30 people), so they are not required to conform to the new law in Indiana. Also, they bought a policy that specifically excludes anything weight loss related no matter the situation or circumstances (even if the ind. would benefit). Trying to convince the company to buy a different policy would be a purely selfish thing for me to do. It would make the policies of everyone else go up an extra $250 a month and we already pay $300 as it is. So, I've been a little stumped as to what to do. My first thought is to find an insurance company that would be willing to take me on individually. I'm looking for suggestions from those of you that live in Indiana as to where I might be able to turn to or some ideas on insurance companies in Indiana that do individual coverage.
