Question:
Under 65%?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone finished their "window of opportunity" and did not lose at least 65% of their excess weight? I am 6 weeks post op, and am down to losing about a pound a week after my first month which of course was high at a 40 pound lost. But a pound a week already? To reach the "idea" goal, I have a total of 223 pounds to lose!! Please Advise. As always, thank you.    — Tammy B. (posted on June 6, 2002)
