Can someone tell me how to get an angel?

Can someone tell me how to get an angel.....I would love to have one! I'm waiting on insurance approval and should be hearing any day!!!!!!    — Pamela H. (posted on December 19, 2002)

My angel found me, by looking up surgery dates in our area and noticing that our dates were a month apart (same hospital, different surgeons). So we were each other's angels! I'm so glad she did that -- you might try looking up surgery dates for people having surgery in your area, and see if you can make that connection, too. :)

Its helpful if you have info about yourself in your profile this way others can learn about you. Some may prefer to befriend someone of their age group, etc. It also helps if you show which type of surgery you are planning to have because once again, someone who had lap rny may feel more comfortable helping someone having lap rny.....Good luck!!....Karen (lap rny- 9/20/02 and down 84 pounds!)
