Question:
Breast Lift

I was wondering how long should I wait to have a breast reduction and lift done? I heard a year. Could someone please confirm this for me.. Thanks    — Kim *. (posted on April 24, 2003)

I lost 90 of the 95 pounds I wanted to lose within the first 8 months and had a breast lift and augmentation at 10 months post-op. The results are fantastic and I am so happy I spent the [considerable amount of] money to have it done!

I would wait a year as well, most people lose a majority of their weight at this time, which means your breasts can still be shrinking as well. I was going to get a reduction as well, but realized that at 11 months post-op, I don't even need it anymore. I was a 40H and now a 36D, with a simple lift, it will probably make me a C cup b/c of extra skin. Goodluck to you!
