Question:
1199 member in need of a plastic surgeon

In 1998 I had a breast reduction, at first I thought it was great. Until it started healing and I realized that my nipples were not centered and the drains that were on the sides had left very visible pouches in my skin! I have just found out that this doctor has lost his license to practice (for unknown reasons)! Try calling Dr. Scott Zevon. He has offices in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Can't find his phone # right now as I'm headed for work, but he's in the phone book. He did a panni on me in 1999 following my phen/fen WT loss and fixed my carpal tunnel as well. Also did some face work for my concierge. Great staff and aggressive with insurance companies. Good luck!

Dr. Gerut on Long Island is extremely popular with us WLS folks. I haven't used him (couldn't handle the trip to LI), but I've seen his work, and it's fabulous. Good luck!

i used Dr. Gerut for neck, arms and tummy tuck and he is an exceptional surgeon and person. he did a fabulous job and is well worth going to Hewlett from bklyn to get the best. i was referred to him by others here and i will always be grateful. his # is 516-295-2100. his office staff is also very helpful and caring and will do their best to get insurance approval.
