Question:
Does Medicaid in Mississippi cover ps?

I want to know if Medicaid in Mississippi will cover any type of PS and if anyone has any experiences that they could share with me to prepare what I might need.    — SheilaB (posted on October 6, 2005)

hello I am in Birmingham,Alabama and I found a doctor at UAB Kirkiln Clinic. Medicaid will pay but you must have 6 months of documentation by a doctor with photo's and prefeably rashes under skin fold and also at your advantage if you are a post bypass patient for weight loss and you must be 18 months post-op. I am waiting now for approval! good luck!
