Question:
Pro-Stat 64 liquid Protein-Recipes Anyone?

I just had WLS and while in the hospital they gave me jello with Pro-Stat and it tasted just fine. I bought some Pro Stat to use at home but my jello ended up tasting terrible. I think I probably used way too much. Anyone have any suggestions on making jello or anything else with it?    — Brenda S. (posted on July 18, 2007)

Go back to the Hospital and ask them how they make it or where they get it. Also to to Pro Stats website and ask them: http://pro-stat.com/

I have been making jello and adding milk, which might be kind of like what you are talking about. Try mixing the hot water and jello, then let it get to room temperture then add you protien.
