Question:
Medicare as primary and bc/bs as secondary ins. in Michigan

I am 9 mos post-op and starting to look into plastic surgery for an abdominoplasty, I had an apron before with documentation to my PCP and am still getting rashes because after 110 pound wl, more skin hangs.
