Question:
Popsicles

Hello! I am looking for a GOOD low sugar/low cal/low fat popsicle. has anyone found any that they like? I tried one that Bryers makes and it was very good. It was low sugar and very low cal BUT, it had a high fat content (15 grams). Sometimes you just need that something "special" to eat!!    — tparr (posted on August 22, 2006)

I eat the "Popsicle" brand. SF, FF. Comes in cherry, orange and grape. There's also a box of tropical flavors and I've heard there's a box of Dr. Pepper, Orange Crush and something else...I haven't found that box at my Walmart yet, though. I really like these, eat them all the time! Check store brands too...Kroger brand popsicles are SF and FF too. Taste good and are cheap! HTH!

Tara: I love a popsicle called "Bullet". They come in grape, cherry, lime, and orange. They are what you are looking for as far as low surgar, etc. Unfortunately, I can't remember who makes them, but I think it is blue bell. Just look for a white box with pictures of kids on it and writing and a picture of the four flavors I named...judy

Hi Tara, I actually eat the SF Junior pops; they are very good and of course Sugar-Free. I need my SF pops and jello.

Hi! My absolute favorite are the Philly Swirl Pops. They are 10 calories, 0 sugar and 3 sugar alcohols. I've only seen them at Sam's Club, in a giant box of 40 or so. I think they're around $10 box, but may be a little less expensive, I cannot remember. Definately worth the price, though, as they are unlike any other sugar free popsicle out there!! YUM!

Hi I really like the Blue Bunny Healthsmart fat free no sugar added ice cream bars. They come in orange creme, raspberry creme, fudge and fudge vanilla swirl bars. They are delicious!!!!!!!! They have 50-70 calories depending on the flavor and no fat. Everybody i've told to try them love them. I also like those no pudge bars. I think they are low fat and sugar free to. I hope i've helped take care.

Personally, I can't tolerate Aspartame due to headaches. Therefore, I have to look for products with Splenda, and I have found Nestle Popsicles. They're actually pretty good. You should try them. They come in Orange, Grape, & Cherry.

Unfortunately, you need eaither fat or sugar to make a popsicle. I like Popsicle Fudgsicles. They have low fat versions, low sugar versions, and no sugar added versions. they are relatively low cal and taste great!

I like the Walmart brand SF, FF popsicles, but the ones I absolutely LOVE are the Aldi's Brand SF/FF! They are spectacular and my daughter really can't tell the difference!
