I've lost my Card and can't remember how I got to the site to print one PLEASE HELP

If you are referring to the ObesityHelp.com Member card, you can access it by going to your profile at http://www.obesityhelp.com/member/"your member name" (no parentheses) and clicking on "Member Card" to the right of your picture.

Thanks,but the Card I'm serching for was to Resturant owners,asking that we be alowed a childs price due to the small amount of food we eat

On the top of this screen, click on the "My OH" link. About a 1/4 way down on the left you will see the link for Resturant Cards. Best wishes!
