I read last night where someone had watched the VIEW and saw how to get another jump start on their diet after have the wls... now i can't find that post, could someone tell me where they can find that, i checked out the web site THE VIEW , but i didn't find it, any help would be great. That post may have been the one that I posted. The website is www.lifeafterwls.com. Kaye Bailey is the one who owns the site. The 5dpt did work very well for me and I lost 7 lbs last week. I am starting it again each week until I lose what desired weight I need to.
